You can reschedule from the My Appointment page or by contacting us. The notice period required to reschedule without a fee will be posted here once confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including how deposits are handled, will be shown here and at checkout before you pay.

Weather and access

If weather or site access prevents safe service, we'll work with you to find a new time.

Work requiring review

Repairs outside our approved list require technician review. If we can't perform a requested repair, you won't be charged for it.

Memberships

Membership cancellation and renewal terms are provided at enrollment.
